Client granted Visa after 20 years residence.

Every client has a unique set of circumstances and immigration history which determine prospects of and time frame of regulating his immigration status in the UK.
We assisted this client with most unique who claimed to have entered in and continuously lived in the UK for 20 years. The problematic bit was that he had no documentary evidences whatsoever to proof his claimed residence in the UK. He had even forgotten the details of his previous solicitors who assisted him with his asylum claim years back.
We retrieved his detailed records from the Home Office; NHS; NASS and all mobile phones he used whilst in the UK. We also collated additional evidences including photographs of him taken throughout 20 years; statements from friends/colleagues and employers to establish his residence in the UK. We also contacted different clubs and charities he was a member of or volunteered with in the past. This hard work paid off and we managed to prepare his application with detailed supporting representations and documentary evidences. The application was made using Home Office Super Priority Service and was approved in just one day. That left us with an excellent outcome and a very happy client!
